Return and exchange policy

The APA understands that sometimes you may wish to return a product you have purchased. To assist in this process please follow the guidelines below.

Returns

The APA will accept returns of products. You as the purchaser will be responsible for the return postage charges.

To be eligible for a return the product must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original packaging (if supplied in packaging) with appropriate tags
  • in a sellable condition

All return requests must be approved prior so please contact resources@australian.physio to ensure there are no issues or delays with your return.

When contacting about your return please quote the following:

  • name
  • contact details
  • membership number (if APA member)
  • product you wish to return
  • reason for return

The APA will then confirm your return request. The preferred method for return is Australia Post. The APA will review the product upon return and determine if product aligns with return policy requirements.

Faulty products

If product is deemed faulty then the APA will replace the product and return it at our cost. The product will be sent back via Australia Post

If product is not deemed faulty, the APA will send back the original product at our cost.

Exchange

The APA will exchange a product according to the returns policy. Please allow 7 days for any exchange.

If the exchange is approved the APA will send the product back via Australia Post to the original nominated person and address at our cost.

If the product has been damaged and is not sellable, the APA will contact you to advise the product cannot be exchanged. It will then be returned at your cost.
